This theological seminary, based in Riga, Latvia, trains pastors and church leaders across the Baltic countries. Additionally, their Bible School trains Latvian Christians alongside their day to day employment. Most of new BRTS students come through the conferences. Bible teachers feel the need to be better equipped, start to attend the workshops, and really appreciate the training. BRTS graduates have planted churches, take up pastoral ministry, or are bi-vocational Bible teachers BRTS preacher training ministry is crucial for Latvian church context. Churches need new leaders who firmly believe in the power of the Bible and handle it well.

Frenks Marsans was converted about 3 years ago and has been a growing Christian, actively serving in church, started our Bible School program in 2018, participated in the Preaching Conference and also was able to attend the Cornhill Summer School. He says “In Bible School I realised the difference it makes how one reads the Bible. I also appreciate that I was able to freely ask difficult questions and find answers. It has greatly helped me teaching the Sunday School at the church.
